What Anny Pay does
Anny Pay lets you create a payment link naming the crypto asset and blockchain you want to be paid in. Whoever pays the link can send a different asset on a different chain. The conversion and the payout are carried out by our swap provider, which sends the converted funds directly to the wallet address on the payment request.
We never hold your funds
The service is non-custodial. Funds move from the sender to our swap provider and from the provider to the recipient's wallet. We never take possession of them and we cannot freeze, reverse or recover a payment.
Your responsibilities
- The wallet address on a payment request must be correct and under the recipient's control. Crypto transactions cannot be reversed, and funds sent to a wrong address are lost permanently.
- Senders must send the exact asset, on the exact network, to the deposit address shown, including any memo or destination tag. Sending a different asset or using a different network will lose the funds.
- You are responsible for using the service lawfully, and for any taxes that apply to you.
Rates and fees
Quotes use floating rates and are estimates. The final amount is determined when the swap provider receives the deposit, and it can differ from the quote. The quoted amount already includes network and exchange fees plus a service fee of 0.5%. Minimum and maximum amounts are set by the swap provider.
Swaps are executed by a third party
Every swap is subject to our swap provider's own terms, limits and compliance checks. They may request additional verification or refuse a transaction. If a swap cannot be completed, funds are returned to the refund address when the sender supplied one. Support for an in-progress swap ultimately rests with the swap provider.
Acceptable use
Do not use Anny Pay for anything illegal, for laundering funds, for sanctions evasion, or to abuse the service, including automated flooding of our endpoints. We may block access to protect the service.
No warranty and limits
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Blockchains and third-party providers can be delayed or unavailable, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any particular outcome of a swap. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost funds, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
