The short version
Anny Pay is non-custodial. We never hold your crypto, we have no user accounts, and we do not ask you for your name, email, phone number or identity documents. We set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising trackers.
What we store
- Payment requests — the asset and network you chose, your receiving wallet address, an optional amount, an optional note you type, and timestamps.
- Payments — the asset and network the sender chose, amounts, the deposit address returned by our swap provider, an optional refund address the sender supplies, the swap identifier, and the status history of the swap.
- Abuse protection — a short-lived counter keyed to the requesting IP address, used only to stop one person flooding the service. It expires automatically.
Wallet addresses and blockchain transactions are inherently public. Anything recorded on a blockchain is outside our control and cannot be deleted by us or by you.
Who else is involved
- Our swap provider performs the currency conversion and the payout. To create a swap we send them the assets, networks, amounts, the recipient's payout address, and the refund address when one is given. Their own privacy policy and terms apply to that processing.
- Supabase hosts our database.
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Payment requests and payment records are kept so that both sides can look up a payment later. Ask us to delete a specific record and we will, unless we are required to keep it. Abuse-protection counters are deleted automatically within hours.
Your choices
Because there are no accounts, the simplest control is what you choose to enter: a payment link needs only a wallet address, and notes are optional. You can ask us to delete any payment request you created.
